I had a pretty good experience at Palacio Duhau, with some ups and downs. The staff here are absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to help me, especially when my airline lost my luggage. The breakfast was amazing, but my room had some cleanliness issues, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and a great location, but it does seem to be showing some wear.

My room was large and had a balcony, but I found it to be poorly maintained with some dust and a rusty stable in the bathroom. The soundproofing wasn't great either, so I could hear noise from above.
